We boarded Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas in Shanghai, China and spent 6 days cruising around Japan. A technologically awesome cruise experience. We stopped at:
Sakaiminato – toured Matsue Castle, did a boat ride around its moat and then saw the celebrated Adachi Museum’s Gardens.
Fukuoka – walked around Tenjin City and Maizuru park with the castle ruins (view point).
Kumamoto – a peaceful town, we shopped here.
Shanghai – spent time around the old city and Yu Garden, The Bund and Nanjing Road. We spent two days here before returning home.

Great video booked on Ovation for China and Japan in May. Hope we visit some of the places you did. Thanks for sharing.
Really nice video. My wife and I are contemplating going on the Quantum. We did the the Harmony last December and it is a really big ship. We like the Voyager and Freedom class ships the best. Just big enough to remind you that your on a cruise ship. Anyways, well done.
